Hi! I’m Jessa Challa – a technologist and social impact leader. My experience with software development, teaching, and GIS fuels my drive to create digital community resources, like the BIPOC-Owned Businesses Map of Greater Grand Rapids. Because of this work, I was recognized as the “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leader of the Year” at the Grand Rapids Chamber 2021 EPIC Awards.
With a background encompassing government, nonprofit, and for-profit sectors, I bring a wealth of experience in utilizing technology and fostering community connections to achieve positive social outcomes. My passion lies in leveraging technology as a catalyst for social change, which empowers me to drive meaningful impact and shape a better future for all.
